Final Paper Submission

Final papers are due on July 7, 2026 (this is a firm deadline for the production of the proceedings). Authors should submit their papers using their EasyChair proceedings author role for PRIME 2026.
Papers must be checked and certified by PDF eXpress prior to submission! Authors must submit the PDF file they receive back from PDF eXpress.
The final paper version must include the proper copyright notice.
Submitted papers must respect the following specifications:

  • - Paper Length: The maximum number of accepted pages is 4, including all figures, tables and references.
  • - Paper Size: Only US Letter (8.5″ × 11″) or A4 (210 mm × 297 mm) formats are allowed.
  • - Paper Format: Prepare the manuscript according to the IEEE double-column conference paper template.
  • - File Size: The submitted PDF file should not exceed 5.0 MB.

Copyright notice to be added on the paper

The appropriate copyright clearance code notice is to appear on the bottom of the first page of each paper according to the guidelines set forth in the Cataloging/Copyright Instructions for an IEEE Conference Proceeding. Detailed instructions can be found here.

- For papers in which all authors are employed by the U.S. government, the copyright notice is:

- For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, Australia):

PDF eXpress Check and Certification

1. Go to IEEE PDF eXpress.
2. Use this conference ID: 66228X
3. Use PDF eXpress to check or create your PDF file.
4. Once you have a GOOD PDF file, return to PRIME 2026 final submission website (EasyChair) and upload your final submission.

IEEE Copyright Release

The completed IEEE copyright release must be filled by July 7, 2026. Authors should log in on the PRIME 2026 EasyChair webpage using their proceedings author role, click on “Sign Copyright Agreement” and follow the instructions.
