This initiative proposes a career development masterclass targeted at Young Professionals (YP) and early-career researchers, with a strong Diversity-Equity-Inclusion (DEI) focus. Moderated by Prof. Giulia Di Capua (Chair, DEICAS Committee) and featuring Prof. Lina Mohjazi (University of Glasgow) as keynote speaker, the event will deliver a focused session on managing research careers, mental well-being, and professional growth, particularly in the face of imposter syndrome and burnout. The session includes a keynote, interactive coaching segment, and open Q&A. Networking and informal discussion will follow the structured session.
